JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage and troubleshoot Sacoa cashless payment systems and related hardware/software. Provide technical support to staff regarding Sacoa POS, RFID cards, and back- end systems. Perform system updates, configurations, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Coordinate with Sacoa’s support team for advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution. Train employees on the use of Sacoa systems and best practices. Ensure smooth integration of Sacoa with other gaming and entertainment systems. Maintain network connectivity and security related to the Sacoa system. Requirements: Proven experience with Sacoa cashless payment systems. Strong understanding of IT networking, POS systems, and database management. Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Ability to work independently and solve technical problems efficiently. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Experience in the entertainment, gaming, or hospitality industry is a plus.
