JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently hiring a Teaching Assistant to join our educational institute in Dubai. The ideal candidate will work closely with teachers to support classroom activities and help students succeed in their learning journey. Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers in preparing lesson plans and materials (e.g., projectors, lab equipment). Track student attendance and maintain class schedules. Provide support to students with learning difficulties. Work with small groups for remedial or enrichment activities. Supervise students during school trips and activities. Ensure classrooms are clean, safe, and organized before sessions begin. Help with grading and assignment management. Communicate student progress with parents when needed. Monitor student behavior and report concerns to the teacher. Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
