JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dependable and friendly Room Attendant to join our team in Dubai. Your main duty will be to deliver excellent customer service while ensuring that guest rooms are clean, organized, and well-maintained to a high standard. You should be efficient, polite, and capable of addressing guest inquiries in a professional manner. Responsibilities: Greet guests and respond to their needs and questions. Change linens, make beds, and clean guest rooms. Replace used towels and restock bathroom supplies like shampoo and soap. Vacuum carpets and clean floors. Dust and polish furniture and fixtures. Empty trash cans and ashtrays. Restock minibar items and beverages. Clean public areas, including corridors. Report maintenance issues and technical problems. Keep guest room status updated on the assignment sheet. Return and refill cleaning carts after shifts. Qualifications: Experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred. Knowledge of cleaning procedures and hotel housekeeping standards is an advantage. Attention to detail and time management skills.
