Arctic Cooling Qatar is looking for a highly experienced and qualified General Manager to oversee its Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Spare Parts Division. The ideal candidate will lead the division, ensuring growth, operational excellence, and effective team management. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Refrigeration and AC Spare Parts Division. Drive business strategy and performance improvement. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Oversee procurement, inventory, and distribution processes. Manage and mentor division staff. Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in the AC and refrigeration industry is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
