JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Mixer Drivers to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of concrete mixer trucks, ensuring timely delivery and proper handling of concrete materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maneuver the truck into the loading position at the plant and unloading position at customer job sites. 2. Operate the mixer to produce concrete using sand, gravel, cement, and water, ensuring the correct mix as per customer requirements. 3. Assemble chutes and operate levers to release concrete as per customer requests. 4. Clean the truck after each loading and delivery to prevent concrete from hardening in the mixer and on truck surfaces. 5. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety. 6. Monitor the truck and company equipment to maintain proper operation and a professional appearance. 7. Follow all state and federal safety regulations related to truck operation and concrete transportation. Job Requirements: Valid and strong driving record (Experience in truck driving preferred). Good customer service skills to interact professionally with clients. Basic maintenance knowledge for truck upkeep. Physical fitness and strength to handle job demands. Efficiency and time-management skills to ensure timely deliveries
