JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities: 1. Packing & Product Handling: Pack, label, and seal products according to company guidelines. Ensure products are securely packed to prevent damage during transportation. Assist in sorting and organizing goods for shipment. 2. Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damages before packing. Ensure correct items and quantities are packed as per order specifications. Follow packaging and labeling instructions accurately. 3. Inventory & Stock Management: Maintain stock levels and replenish packaging materials. Report shortages or damaged inventory to supervisors. Keep accurate records of packed items and completed orders. 4. Safety & Workplace Maintenance: Follow safety procedures and use packing equipment properly. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Adhere to health and safety regulations to prevent accidents. Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in a warehouse or packing environment is an advantage but not required. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately. Ability to stand for long hours and lift/move packages. Good teamwork and communication skills. Basic understanding of inventory systems and packaging guidelines.
