JOB DESCRIPTION

*Electrical* / *Automation Technician* Qualification: • Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, preferably in an Aluminum Extrusion Plant or heavy manufacturing. Requirements, knowledge and skills: • Strong hands-on knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix/CompactLogix) and ability to work with RSLogix 5000 / Studio 5000. • Experience with Allen-Bradley VFDs (PowerFlex series), HMI systems, and related automation hardware. • Ability to read, understand, and troubleshoot PLC programs efficiently. • Familiarity with industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, DeviceNet). • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and technical diagrams. • Proficient in using electrical testing and diagnostic tools • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Candidate profile would be • Age group not more than 45 years old • Good command in English language • Physically fit. Main Job Responsibilities: • Perform all electrical repairs and maintenance on the shop floor. • Install, inspect, and troubleshoot electrical systems, equipment, and components, including control panels and sensors. • Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical components to prevent equipment failures. • Ensure that all electrical systems operate efficiently and safely. • Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and perform necessary repairs. • Maintain detailed logs and records of all electrical work, including repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities. • Ensure compliance with electrical standards, and safety regulations and protocols. • Assist in the design and implementation of new electrical systems and upgrades. • Collaborate with electricians and engineers for technical support. • Observing machine operations. • Promptly responds to emergency maintenance requests as needed. • Any other assignments allocated to by the Maintenance In-charge • Adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes Message read carefully : Local transfer only **No calls - only whats app messages - Resume with certificates Whats app message.
