JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Officer to oversee, coordinate, and perform maintenance activities for our facilities and equipment. The role ensures that all systems, machinery, and infrastructure are in good working condition, promoting safety, efficiency, and operational continuity. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and machinery. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized repairs or maintenance. Maintain maintenance logs, records, and reports. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Assist in planning and implementing facility improvement projects. Respond promptly to maintenance requests or emergencies.
