Troubleshoot • hardware, O software, network, and peripheral issues for end users Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and devices Provide level 1-2 helpdesk support via phone, email, or in-person Document and track support tickets in the IT service management system Assist with user onboarding/offboarding and asset management Maintain system security: apply patches, monitor for threats, and enforce access controls Perform routine maintenance: backups, software updates, and inventory checks Collaborate with IT team on projects, deployments, and incident response Create and update knowledge base articles and self-help resources
