Key Responsibilities: Sales Management: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide information about farm products, including fresh produce, dairy, and other goods. Promote and upsell farm products to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Cashier Duties: Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit/debit card transactions accurately. Process sales transactions quickly and efficiently. Maintain a balanced cash drawer, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly. Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring stock levels and product displays. Help with receiving deliveries and organizing products in the store. Ensure that the sales area is clean, organized, and well-stocked. General Farm Support: Participate in farm activities, such as picking produce or assisting with events as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in retail or sales is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic math skills and experience with cash handling. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Passion for agriculture and knowledge of farm products is an advantage. Working Conditions: Work may involve standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights. May require weekend and holiday shifts based on farm schedule.
