JOB DESCRIPTION

Civil Engineering Expertise: Strong background in concrete, masonry, carpentry, painting, and finishing works. Multi-Disciplinary Knowledge: Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting, and waterproofing systems. Bahrain Experience: Familiar with local regulations, safety standards, building codes, and authority approvals. Maintenance Projects: Proven experience in renovation, refurbishment, repairs, fit-outs, and facility maintenance. Project Management: Ability to plan, schedule, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously. Technical Communication: Skilled in preparing reports, reviewing drawings, and presenting technical information clearly. Team Leadership: Capable of supervising multi-trade teams and coordinating with subcontractors. Client Handling: Strong interpersonal skills to maintain relationships, resolve complaints, and ensure client satisfaction. Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making to address site challenges with practical solutions. Software Knowledge: MS Office, AutoCAD, and project planning tools (MS Project/Primavera preferred).
