Urgent Hiring - Baker (Arabic Pastry - Specialized in Fatayer) We are looking for an experienced Baker, specializing in Fatayer and other Arabic bakery items, to join our Bakery Division. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in bakery production, with strong expertise in Fatayer. Knowledge of dough preparation, fillings, and traditional Arabic baking methods. Ability to maintain consistency, taste, and quality at high production volumes. Currently based in Bahrain (mandatory). Must be reliable, hardworking, and able to work under pressure. Responsibilities: Prepare and bake different types of Fatayer (cheese, meat, spinach, etc.). Ensure quality, freshness, and proper presentation of all bakery products. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the bakery section Work closely with the bakery team to meet daily production targets.
