JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team and ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming payments and account reconciliation Key responsibilities not limited to: * Ensure accuracy and compliance by meticulously verifying tenant cheques * Process daily deposit paperwork and timely submission of financial transactions. Manage and reconcile bank transfer payments from tenants, with a focus on corporate accounts, ensuring accurate tracking and timely remittance of payments.
