We are seeking a Guest Relations Officer to join a hospitality team. The ideal candidate will ensure a warm welcome for guests, handle inquiries, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests on arrival and provide smooth check-in/check-out experiences. Assist guests with inquiries, bookings, and special requests. Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other departments for guest needs. Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction. Promote hotel facilities, services, and events. Maintain accurate guest records and feedback reports. Assist VIP and long-stay guests with personalized service.
