We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Educational Counselor to join our team. The role involves handling student inquiries, following up with leads, scheduling meetings, and converting them into admissions by suggesting the best-suited universities and programs based on the student's career goals. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins Follow up with leads consistently and schedule meetings for counseling Suggest suitable universities and courses based on students' profiles and career plans Explain program details, admission requirements, and fee structures Assist students throughout the application and admission process Achieve monthly admission targets Maintain and update student lead records Participate in seminars, education fairs, and promotional events when required
