JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for investigating, identifying, and resolving customer queries. Engaging effectively with both new and long-standing customers across live chat, email, phone, and video channels, including participation in webinars and virtual training sessions as needed. Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and stakeholders throughout the resolution process. Taking ownership of customer issues from initial contact to resolution, ensuring they maximize their experience with Rota Cloud.
