JOB DESCRIPTION

a accountant is responsible for all financial operations, ensuring local regulatory compliance (including VAT and Zakat) and the overall financial health of the restaurant. Key duties involve managing the general ledger and completing month-end closing to produce accurate financial statements. A critical focus is on stringent cost control, specifically monitoring and analyzing Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and labor costs to drive profitability. This role also manages bank reconciliation, processes Accounts ayable/Receivable, assists with payroll, oversee nventory valuation, and provides the managemen team with timely budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for strategic decision-making in the Saudi market. (Indians are preferred)
