Design menus that meet specific nutritional guidelines. - Ensure all food is handled and prepared in compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. - Prepare ingredients by chopping and slicing - Develop new, creative healthy dishes while also modifying existing recipes. - Cook meals according to recipes and dietary requirements. - Create dishes that are both delicious and visually appealing. - Monitor food stock and place orders for ingredients. - Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment at all times.
