JOB DESCRIPTION

To provide direct patient care and assist nursing staff in daily clinical tasks, ensuring high standards of hygiene, patient safety, and comfort. Key Responsibilities: Assist nurses in providing basic patient care (feeding, bathing, mobility support). Monitor patient vital signs and report any abnormalities to the nursing team. Maintain patient hygiene and comfort according to care plans. Assist in setting up medical equipment and preparing treatment areas. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Follow infection control, health, and safety protocols. Support patients and families with information and emotional care.
