JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Senior 3D Visualization & Interior/Exterior Designer who can deliver photorealistic renderings that meet international standards. The role requires a balance of technical expertise and artistic vision to transform architectural designs into compelling visual experiences. Responsibilities Create photorealistic interior & exterior renderings with strict attention to detail. Convert Create CAD/BIM drawings 3D models. Stage and design interiors and exteriors with realistic materials, lighting, and finishes. Deliver walkthroughs and cinematic animations. Shop Drawings of the approved Designs Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to meet deadlines. Required Skills & Expertise Mandatory SketchUp + 3ds Max + V-Ray/Corona D5 Render → for fast, cinematic real-time rendering. Strong ability to interpret AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD models. Strong eye for interior design, exterior composition, and color balance. Proven portfolio of both interior & exterior photorealistic projects. Job Types: Full-time
