JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities: Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on site Conduct regular safety inspections and audits Ensure compliance with local GCC safety regulations Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions Promote a strong safety culture among workers and subcontractors Requirements: Proven experience as an HSE Supervisor in building construction projects Mandatory GCC experience Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred Ability to conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and toolbox talks Excellent communication and reporting skills Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field Relevant HSE certifications
