JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a part-time or full-time logistics coordinator to support operations across import, export, freight forwarding, and customs clearance activities. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate logistics and freight forwarding operations - Handle import, export, and customs clearance requirements - Liaise with customs clearance agencies, carriers, and relevant stakeholders - Manage shipping and clearance documentation - Track shipment progress and resolve operational issues Required Knowledge and Skills - Practical understanding of freight forwarding operations - Working knowledge of customs clearance processes and regulations - Familiarity with import and export procedures and shipping documentation - Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to document processes and transfer operational knowledge effectively to peers Candidate Profile - Execution-focused and results-driven - Able to work independently with minimal supervision - Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customs clearance is required
