JOB DESCRIPTION

A fine dining Japanese cuisine restaurant group in Doha, Qatar is hiring for the following positions: Sushi Cooks: 2–3 years of experience in preparing sushi, sashimi, nigiri, maki, tamaki, etc. Cooks/Commis (Hot Kitchen): 2–3 years of experience in preparing Japanese hot dishes including soup, noodles, rice, tempura, donburi, dumplings, teriyaki, and grilled items. Knowledge of food safety is required.
