Information Provider: Share information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options to enhance the guest experience. Troubleshooting: Quickly resolve guest complaints and issues, collaborating with other departments as needed. Reservation Management: Assist with booking and modifying reservations, and maintain the hotel occupancy database accurately. Guest Engagement: Build strong relationships with guests, anticipate their needs, and ensure a satisfying stay. Administrative Tasks: Handle correspondence, maintain records, and process payments as part of daily administrative responsibilities. Promote Services: Promote and upsell hotel services and amenities to boost guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
